Also included in the development, are five purpose built bungalows specifically designed to meet the needs of someone living with a disability or mobility issue.  The development was named after local Leamington resident Malcolm Sayer, the designer of the E-Type Jaguar. The name was suggested by the pupils of St Patrick Primary School.

Systems Installed:

Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Door Entry, CCTV, Induction Loop, Fire Alarm and Intruder Alarm systems.

It’s an Entrotec IP based door entry system with a KMS access control system. It’s the KMS system which allows Warwick BS to dial in & amend the configuration.

The building benefits from an Entrotec IP based door entry system installed to each block which provides the residents with security and peace of mind, and links via GSM network to Warwick DC central control room and is interfaced to their centralised concierge services.

Megapixel IP cameras were installed on a variety of fixed and tilt columns, and building mount brackets to cover the Main approach, secondary access/egress routes and the car parks. A HIK Vision NVR was utilised to provide image recording and retention, and the whole installation was installed as per NACOSS standards and NSI certified.

To protect the building and residents from fire, a BAFE certified three panel analogue addressable fire detection system was installed to BS5839-1:2013 Category L1, with the addition of CO detection within the Bio-Mass Boiler room.

To comply with Approved Document M Volume 2, an AFILS (Audio Frequency Induction Loop System) was installed within each of the resident’s communal lounges to allow hearing impaired residents to hear the TV more clearly.
