This week, TIS were delighted to receive complimentary feedback for two installation engineers working at University of Leeds, Dental School.
The installation and commission of a TV Aerial and TV point to the Communications Room in the Worsley Building was challenging for our engineers due to the nature of the active and clinical surroundings and therefore to receive such feedback is a testament to their operational considerations.
The DenTCRU Operations Manager, Jenny Boards said “This was an awkward job in that there were extreme time pressures to complete the work in time for the end of a grant payment and to work within the strict constraints of the NHS infection control rules. The 2 engineers, Dean Alvey and Dean Wheeler, were really helpful and found ways not to drill holes in the walls during clinic time and to ensure no more than 2 roof tiles were disturbed at any time. They were neat in their working area and these areas were left clean and tidy at the end of the day. They were very respectful this was a working clinical area…”
TIS promote our appreciation to all employees that demonstrate fantastic practice to ensure they receive full recognition of their positive contributions. Both Dean Alvey and Dean Wheeler are valued members of the team and we are certain they shall continue to offer an excellent service to our customers.
