As well as our commitment to client care we also have a commitment to our staff and their happiness. Therefore we carried out a Net Promoter Score (NPS) to ascertain from our team how likely they would be to recommend TIS as a place to work.
With scores ranging from -100 to 100, a NPS that is positive (higher than zero) is good, 50+ is excellent.
We are so proud to say we have our first team score of +68. This is a fantastic result and testament to our strategy and culture. Thank you to those who took part in the survey and gave us such valuable feedback.
