Ownership Change Solidifies Growth for TIS

Total Integrated Solutions Ltd (TIS), suppliers of smart, integrated safety, communication and security solutions, has undergone an ownership change as our former Head of Combined Services Division, James Twigg, now takes the reigns as our MD and sole owner.

Established more than 60 years ago, TIS has created a reputation of quality and service throughout the Midlands and beyond. They are responsible for developing some of the most advanced and sophisticated systems for clients in a broad range of sectors including The Ministry of Defence, Nottingham City Homes, West Midlands Combined Authority, multiple Universities and Schools, large retailers, hospital sites and many SME’s.

The first quarter of 2019 saw TIS break previous sales records, this success and our change of ownership will solidify the future of the company.

James, now sole owner of TIS, said: “The past 7 years have been an absolute pleasure and I love working with my team across our four offices. I have some very talented and dedicated people who support us, and I am very much looking forward to what the future holds for us all.

“Our success in delivering record sales figures in Q1 is leading up to some very exciting changes launching soon. We have some key vacancies that need filling to join our ever-growing team too, so hopefully this news will help us to attract the next generation of experts to join TIS.”

“We recently launched a complete refresh of our brand which is now taking shape and will be available to see very soon.”

James previously shared ownership with Chris Lewis, who headed up the Defence Division, and is part of the family who originally established TIS in the 1950’s.

James said; “Chris established an enviable reputation within the Defence sector for the provision of leading security and communication applications”

“With Chris’s support we have built a team of problem-solvers and innovators, constantly pushing to deliver integrated solutions that deliver security and stability, now and in the future, so we can protect what matters most to the people we work with.”
