To continue our commitment to our staff and their happiness we carried out our second Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to ascertain from our team how likely they would be to recommend TIS as a place to work.
With scores ranging from -100 to 100, a NPS that is positive (higher than zero) is good, 50+ is excellent.
We are so proud to say we have achieved a score of +78. This is a fantastic result and increase from our previous score which is testament to our strategy and culture. Thank you to those who took part in the survey and gave us such valuable feedback.
