As part of our overall business strategy to continuously strive for improvements across the whole business, we are very proud to announce the appointment of our very smiley John Oâ€™Hanrahan as the new Head of Service and Maintenance.
Both reactive service and planned maintenance are vital areas of our business and we continue to look at ways in which we can improve our customer experience. Employing John is one of those improvements as he comes with a proven experience of delivering in very similar service driven environments.
John will also be assisting the management team in introducing our brand new ERP system later in the year. This is another measure being introduced to enhance the service we deliver.
