Contract Support Administrator – Nottingham

Contract Support Administrator – Ref: V155

Based in Colwick, Nottingham

The role involves: –

  • Providing administration support to the Contract Manager and the local sales team
  • Typing of letters and documentation
  • Creating and submitting weekly reports
  • Creating monthly KPI reports
  • Preparing financial applications
  • Preparing Maintenance schedules
  • Taking customer service calls
  • Assisting the Contract Manager to prepare quotations, technical solutions and design specifications
  • Assisting the Contract Manager to create O & M Manuals
  • Assisting the Contract Manager to order equipment and prepare program of works
  • Completion of stores documentation

Key experience/qualifications:

  • Must be competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Business Administration qualification and/or experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • KPI reporting (desirable but not essential)
  • You will be a team player with ambition
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Document presentation skills and attention to detail

You should also have the ability to:

  • Work on your own initiative
  • Work as part of a team
  • Communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and other employees.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

Salary:  £16,640 – £20,000 dependant on qualifications, skills and experience
