Incident Management Co-ordinator – Ref: V128

Based in Coleshill

 

The role involves: –
  • Providing administration support to Project Managers and the local sales team
  • Typing of letters and documentation
  • Taking customer service calls
  • Liaising with engineers
  • Scheduling engineers
  • Keeping the end user informed of response times and current position
  • Meeting customer KPI’s for response times and updating portals
  • Arranging parts for engineers
  • Completion of stores documentation
  • Take incoming deliveries and completion of associated paperwork.
  • Liaising with Head Office for Stock replenishment.

 

Key experience/qualifications:
  • Must be competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook especially)
  • Business Administration qualification and/or experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will be a team player with ambition
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Document presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of scheduling engineers

 

You should also have the ability to:
  • Work on your own initiative
  • Work as part of a team
  • Communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and other employees
  • Supervise others.

 

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

Salary: £16,640 – £20,000 dependant on qualifications, skills and experience
