Helpdesk

By using our Midlands based IT Service desk you get access to qualified engineers who work across a wide range of different technologies.  You can use us as the first point of contact for all IT issues or maybe as a 2nd line support for your existing IT team.  By working with our service desk engineers you gain all of their experience without having to invest in your own full time IT service desk staff. We aim to fix faults when you first call in, but in any case all our IT support contracts are backed by a one hour first response SLA.              

Monitoring and Proactive Support

Our monitoring tools check the status of your systems and alert us when anything unusual happens.  Amongst the many things included in the monitoring are backup and security logs, hardware status, disk space and Anti-Virus updates.  We are alerted to problems when they happen and often fix these issues before our clients even notice the potential outage.  You can either allow us to manage your systems with you and take the necessary steps to fix the issue, or we can give you access to the monitoring system for you to manage yourself.

Holiday, Absence or Part Time Cover

Our engineers and service desk are ready to step in whenever you need us.  So when your IT staff are on leave we can cover for them and keep your organization running as usual.

Managed IT Support

All of the above can be combined to give you a fully managed IT support contract at a regular monthly price.  The support package also includes regular IT strategy review meetings, patch management and a dedicated account manager.
